环境对未来劳动力健康的影响研究

A Research of the Impact of Environment on Future Labor Power’s Health

在环境污染日益严重的背景下,未成年人遭受的健康损害比成年人更为严重,而这些"未来劳动力"的健康损害如果不能得到缓解或有效补偿,将会影响经济的可持续发展。党的十九大报告将健康提升到是促进人的全面发展的必然要求,是经济社会发展的基础条件,也是民族昌盛和国家富强标志的理论高度,因此经济社会的可持续发展应该是包括健康在内的经济社会全面进步的发展。为此,文章分析了未来劳动力在成为成年劳动力之前,如果其健康受到环境的影响,则会造成未来劳动力数量与质量的双重损失,从而制约经济的可持续发展。一般而言,环境会通过直接、间接和连带三种路径分别彩响未来劳动力的健康,产生不同程度的危害。最后,结合党的十九大报告中的"实施健康中国战略",提出分别从历史、当前、未来三个方面全方位补偿未来劳动力的环境健康损害,以期实现未来劳动力的健康可持续发展和经济高质量的发展。

In the context of the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the health damage suffered by minors is more serious than that of adults, and the health damage of these "future labor power"can affect the sustainable development of economy if they can not be mitigated or effectively compensated. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China holds that health is an inevitable requirement for promoting the all-round development of people and is the basic condition for economy and social development. It is also the symbol of the nation and country's prosperity. Therefore, sustainable development of economy should include the development of health. Therefore, the article analyzes that if the health of the future labor power is affected by the environment before it becomes adult labor power,it will result in the double loss of the quantity and quality of future labor power,thus restricting the sustainable development of economy. Generally speaking, the environment will affect the health of the future labor power through direct,indirect and joint ways,resulting in different degrees of harm. Finally, in combination with the "Implementing a Healthy China Strategy" in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is proposed to compensate for the environmental health damage of the future labor power in all respects from historical,current and future aspects in order to achieve a healthy and sustainable development of the labor power in the future and a high-quality development of economy.
