As the first programmatic document of International Communist Movement,Manifesto of the Communist Party means the birth of Marxism. It describes the new outlook of the world and expresses basic logic of historical materialism,including form of society,social power, and social change. As an important theory, Manifesto of the Communist Party rooted in Marx’s times, but achieved the new leap. It stands on the high ground of truth and morality forever and it is not only the essence of Marx’s times but also that of human race.
