摘要
职业院校师资问题是职业教育领域特有的问题,是研究职业教育绕不开的一个话题。基于《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,从应届毕业生的角度出发,分析当前职教领域的师资现状,并借鉴国外职业教育的发展经验,从革新职业技术师范类院校的人才培养模式、完善和落实国家职业教育教师的职业资格认证标准及其程序、构建“校企双主体”的职业教育教师培养机制三个方面,探析中国职业院校专业教师的供给优化路径,为解决职教领域面临的职教师资问题提供可能的新的方向。
The problem of teachers in vocational schools is a unique problem in the field of vocational education,and it is a topic that can't be avoided in the study of vocational education.Based on the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”,from the perspective of fresh graduates,this paper analyzed the current situation of teachers in the field of vocational education,and combine the development advantages of foreign vocational education to analyze the supply optimization path of professional teachers in Chinese vocational colleges,which provided a new direction for solving the problem of teachers in the field of vocational education.
