摘要
采用廉价易得的1-萘酚、三氯化磷、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二乙胺、二异丙胺、二苄胺、吡咯烷胺、哌啶及吗啉等为原料,在温和的反应条件下,经新的路线合成了7种新型富电子、多功能P-仲胺基亚磷酸-2-萘酚二酯配体。硅胶柱层析后获得了84%~90%的收率。产物为固体或液体化合物,测定了固体的熔点。并利用核磁共振谱(1HNMR、13CNMR及31PNMR)及高分辨飞行时间质谱(HRMS)对所得产物的结构及组成进行了表征,结果证明其与所设计的目标化合物相符合。
By using inexpensive and readily available 1-naphthol, phosphorus trichloride, N, N -dimethylformamide, aliphatic secondary amine (namely diethylamine), diisopropylamine, dibenzylamine, pyrrolidine, piperdine and morpholine, seven electron-rich and multifunctional P-sec-amino-1-dinaphthylphosphite ligands were synthesized by a new method under mild conditions. Good yields were obtained from 84% to 90% utilizing column chromatography.The products are liquid or solid, and the melting point of the solid product was determined. The products were characterized through nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum ( 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and 31 P NMR) and high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HRMS). It was proven that the structure and component corresponded with target compounds.
