研究生党支部组织力建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,关系到高校党建工作的效果和人才培育的质量,是一项长期而重要的任务。研究生党支部组织力建设存在着党务工作者引领作用不显著、组织生活不够规范、教育形式相对单一、动员群众能力有待加强等问题,高校党委必须高度重视,全面领导。加强支部书记队伍建设,增强领导力;建立上下联动的监督机制,增强管理力;完善全方位的激励措施,增强激励作用;创新灵活多样的教育途径,增强吸引力;构建凝聚人心的服务格局,增强号召力。同时各部门要协同推进、多措并举,全面提升研究生党支部建设质量和水平。
