高校生涯教育中价值观培育的内容与实践——以社会主义核心价值观为导向

改革开放后民众的多元复杂的价值观在互联网发展的推动下对大学生就业产生了不良影响。社会主义核心价值观与生涯规划教育的职业发展目标存在着相当程度的契合,这为社会主义核心价值观在就业实践中的培育提供了理论支撑。社会主义核心价值观对高校学生择业观、人际观、就业稳定性,职业道德培养,以及个人职业生活质量评价具有积极意义。生涯教育中开展价值观培育要打造理论体系,营造高校文化氛围,依托互联网,运用新媒体手段,挖掘高校内部优质师生资源,结合大学生专业实习实践,对社会主义核心价值观进行认知、认同与践行,实现职业价值观的培育与认同。

After the reform and opening up, people’s diverse and complex values have a negative impact on the employment of college students with the development of the Internet. There is a certain degree of agreement between the socialist core values and the career development goals of career planning education, which provides the theoretical support for the cultivation of socialist core values in the employment practice. The socialist core values are positive for the college students' views on career choice, interpersonal relationship, employment stability, professional ethics training, and personal professional life quality evaluation. To cultivate values in career education, we should build a theoretical system, build a cultural atmosphere in colleges and universities, make use of the Internet, apply the new media means, explore high-quality teachers and students' resources in colleges and universities, and recognize and practice the socialist core values in combination with students' internship, to realize the cultivation and identification of professional values.
