新时代我国职业教育师资培养体系构建的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Teacher Training System in Vocational Education in the New Age

职业教育事业的发展依靠师资的发展,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》十分重视师资队伍建设,明确要求“双师型”教师占专业课教师总数超过一半,分专业建设一批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队。以职业教育教师资格标准制定为核心,革新职业教育师资的培养、评价体制,加大校企合作力度,把我国职业教育师资队伍建设推上新高度。

The development of vocational education depends on the development of teachers.The Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform attaches great importance to the construction of teachers, and explicitly requires that "double-type" teachers account for more than half of the total number of professional teachers and build a group of national teaching innovation teams for vocational education teachers. Based on the qualification criteria for vocational education teachers as the core, the training and evaluation system of vocational education teachers should be reformed and the cooperation between schools and enterprises should be strengthened to promote the construction of teachers in China’s vocational education.
