摘要
教师评价是促进教师专业发展的重要手段,但目前该领域的研究还不尽人意。在人本主义理念指导下,从教师发展视角开展教师评价,通过明确评价目的、实施教师参与型评价体系、建构评价者培训机制、提升外语教师自身评价能力等举措能使教师评价更具人文性、民主性和发展性,使外语教师评价由外在的压力转变为专业持续发展的内在动力,由行政管理和监督转变为教师自我诊断和自我超越的内在需求。
Teacher evaluation is closely related to teacher development,but present researches conducted are far more satisfaction.Based on the conception of humanism,we should carry out the research from teacher developmental perspective,make the evaluation purpose more clear,establish a system of teacher-involving and appraiser-training,improve teachers'ability of self-assessment so as to make the assessment more humanistic,democratic and developmental.In this way,teacher evaluation can change the external pressure into the internal motivation of teacher professional development and the supervision into teachers'internal needs of self-diagnosis and self-improvement.
