新时期高校需要在原有基础上不断地扩展来更好地满足竞争需求,传统的资产管理方式已经无法满足当代发展需要。文章通过梳理新时期高校资产管理中存在的问题,并在此基础上对如何促进高校资产管理优化提出意见和建议,希望能够解决阻碍高校资产管理现代化的问题,促进高校资产管理水平的不断提高。

In the new era,universities should expand constantly on the original basis to meet the competitive needs,because the mode of traditional asset management can’t meet the needs of contemporary development.Focusing on the current problems of asset management in universities,the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the optimization of the asset management in universities,which may solve the problems that hinder the modernization of the asset management of universities and bring about continuous improvement of the asset management level of universities.
