小语种国际汉语师资培养探索——以辽东学院汉语国际教育专业为例

摘要 目前大部分国际汉语教师所掌握的外语语种为英语,这无法满足其在海外教学、交往与生活的实际需要,也与当前汉语国际传播事业的发展现状不相适应。培养掌握小语种的国际汉语师资成为亟待解决的课题,在理论研讨和实践运作中均已取得积极进展。辽东学院汉语国际教育专业发挥本校临近朝鲜半岛的地域优势,依托韩朝学院优质的语言和文化教学资源,在培养对韩汉语师资方面进行了多方面的有益探索。 Nowadays,most of the teachers of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages master English as a foreign language.This can neither meet the actual needs for overseas teaching,communication and living,nor is compatible with the current situation of international Chinese communication enterprise.It is an urgent task to cultivate the teachers who can speak minority languages.Some theoretical and practical progress has been made in the respect.With geographic advantages and superior language and cultural resources,the specialty of teaching to speakers of other languages in Eastern Liaoning University has made much exploration on the training of Chinese teachers for Korean peninsula.
