摘要
目的了解南京市江宁区2018年蚊虫生态学情况。方法按照国家标准GB/T23797-2009《病媒生物密度监测方法蚊虫》,采用成蚊诱蚊灯法开展监测。结果2018年江宁区共捕获雌蚊727只,全年蚊密度为0.73只/(灯·h)。其中占比从高到低依次为:淡色/致倦库蚊(46.36%)、中华按蚊(34.25%)、三带喙库蚊(15.75%)和骚扰阿蚊(3.64%)。在5种监测环境中,监测密度由高到低依次为:猪圈1.39只/(灯·h)、农户0.62只/(灯·h)、居民区0.61只/(灯·h)、医院0.55只/(灯·h)和公园0.46只/(灯·h)。蚊虫季节消长呈单峰,高峰出现在6月,平均密度为2.09只/(灯·h)。结论江宁区蚊虫控制在较低水平,需要关注农村地区的蚊虫侵害。
Objective To understand the ecology of mosquitoes in Jiangning District of Nanjing City in 2018. Methods According to the national standard GB/T 23797 - 2009 “Determination of disease vector density mosquitoes”, the mosquito lamp method was used for monitoring. Results In 2018,727 female mosquitoes were captured in Jiangning District, and the annual mosquito density was as much as 0. 73 insects per lamp in an hour. Culex pipiens pallens took most part ( 46. 36%) of the captured mosquitoes,followed by Anopheles sinensis ( 34. 25%),Culex tritaeniorhynchus ( 15. 75%) and Armigeres obturbans ( 3. 64%). In the five monitoring environments, the highest density of 1. 39 insects per lamp in an hour took place in the pigsties, followed by farmers as 0. 62 insects per lamp in an hour, residential area as 0. 61 insects per lamp in an hour,hospitals as 0. 55 insects per lamp in an hour and parks as 0. 46 insects per lamp in an hour. The mosquito density peak appeared in June( 2. 09 insects per lamp in an hour). Conclusion Mosquito density was controlled at a low level in Jiangning District, and it is necessary to pay attention to mosquito damage in rural areas.
