摘要
随着产品更新换代日趋频繁,废弃垃圾数量急剧增加,对环境造成极大污染,越来越多制造商开始对产品进行回收再利用。基于此,文章探讨制造商推出新产品时老产品的回收再利用策略问题,对比整机再制造策略和零部件拆分再利用策略下制造商的最大利润,得到最优的回收再利用策略选择条件,并分析不同回收再利用策略对环境保护和消费者的影响。
With the increasingly frequent replacement of products,the amount of waste has increased dramatically,causing great pollution to the environment.Thus more and more manufacturers are beginning to recycle and reuse products.In view of this,the paper discusses the recycling strategy for old products when manufacturers launch new ones,comparing the maximum profit of the manufacturer under the whole machine remanufacturing strategy and component dismantlement for reuse strategy so as to obtain the optimal selection condition of recycling strategy.Finally,the paper analyzes the effects of different recycling and reusing strategies on environmental protection and consumers.
