摘要
地面自动过分相装置已在高坡、重载电气化铁路得到了广泛应用,为防止机车带电闯分相区导致接触网损毁,全面保障牵引供电系统的安全运行和线路运输能力,最大程度减小地面自动过分相装置故障影响范围与故障恢复时长,通过多种保护方案对比研究,设计了一种由有源可控电子标签、自动控制断电标和信号灯构成的三重立体保护方案,探讨了保护逻辑并进行了工程应用设计。现场联调模拟试验表明,采用加密匹配技术的电子标签可以实现保护区域安全可控,断电标和信号灯能够有效警示司乘人员检查和确认。
The ground automatic neutral section passing device has been widely used in high-slope and heavy-duty electrified railways. In order to prevent catenary breakdown caused by locomotives, fully guarantee the safe operation of locomotives and traction power supply system, ensure line transportation capacity and minimize the fault range and recovery time of the ground automatic neutral section passing device, by means of the comparative study of various protection schemes, a kind of three-dimensional protection scheme was designed, which took the active controllable electronic tag as the core and also had automatic power-off label and signal lights. The protection logic was discussed and the engineering application design was carried out. Through the on-site joint simulation test, the electronic tag with encryption matching technology could realize the safety and control of the protection area while the power-off label and the signal lights could effectively warn the drivers to check and confirm.
