FDI对我国出口产品质量的影响分析——基于企业异质性理论的视角

The Impact of FDI on Export Product Quality in China:From the View of Firm Heterogeneous Theory

本文基于企业异质性理论,运用2000-2006年工业企业数据库和海关数据库的合并数据,基于企业级微观数据估计FDI对我国出口产品质量的影响,并对该影响进行分组研究。研究发现:FDI对我国整体出口产品质量升级有促进作用,尤其对生产工业制成品的企业、地处三大经济带的企业、吸引外资较多的企业、产品质量低于平均水平的企业的质量提升作用尤为明显。而对生产初级产品的企业、经济发展水平较低地区的企业、纯内资企业和产品质量已经高于平均质量水平的企业,FDI的质量提升作用微弱,甚至无法提高这些企业的产品质量。

This paper applies the customs import and export data and the data base of Chinese industrial from 2000 to 2006. Firstly,based on the microdata,the overall quality of China's export products is measured,and according to different ways,the present situation of China's export products is analyzed. We find that our overall export products quality are rising steadily except in 2002,however for different products,different trade,different export destination,different region and different export enterprise ownership,quality has speeded in some way. Secondly,we establish an econometric model about the influence of FDI on the quality of export products in China and the influence is studied in groups. Study found that: FDI stimulates upgrade on China's overall exports product quality,especially for the enterprises product manufactured goods,located in the three major economic belt,owned by foreigners and the quality of the product is lower than the average,for the production of primary products enterprises,the low level of economic development regions,pure domestic enterprises and product quality is higher than the average level of enterprises,the quality promotion effect is relatively weak,even unable to increase the quality of the products for these industries.
