绿色金融的发展逻辑与演进路径——基于要素解构的视角

Green Finance: Development Logic,Evolution Path—— A Perspective Based on Factor Deconstruction

绿色发展的时代背景为绿色金融发展提供了良好契机。本文在厘清绿色金融发展逻辑的基础上,从金融功能、普惠金融、连续金融三个方面对绿色金融进行了理论解构。同时从要素解构和理论推导两个层面对影响绿色金融发展水平的四个要素进行了分析,并构建静态模型论证了绿色金融相较于传统金融对经济的发展更有效率。基于此,梳理分析了绿色金融在内涵、主体和模式三个方面演进的合理性。

The era background of green development provides a good opportunity for the development of green finance. On the basis of clarifying the logic of green finance development,this paper deconstructs green finance from three aspects: financial function,Inclusive Finance and continuous finance. At the same time,it deconstructs the four factors that affect the development level of green finance from the two levels of factor deconstruction and theoretical deduction,and constructs a static model to demonstrate that green finance is more efficient than traditional finance in economic development. Based on this,the rationality of the evolution of green finance in three aspects: connotation,subject and mode is analyzed.
