摘要
以端硅烷聚醚树脂为主要原料研发了一种端硅烷聚醚(MS)建筑防水涂料,阐述了端硅烷聚醚树脂的制备方法和涂料的固化机理,探讨了不同反应助剂的作用,介绍了制得的端硅烷聚醚建筑防水涂料的性能特点、指标和施工应用方法。端硅烷聚醚建筑防水涂料结合了聚氨酯树脂和有机硅树脂的优点,涂料可通过交联剂、催化剂的作用交联成膜,具有良好的耐候性、耐热性、耐寒性、环保性和施工性。
A silane-terminated polyether building waterproofing coating is developped.The article describes preparation of the silane-terminated polyether and mechanism of the coating and roles of various chemical additives.In addition,the article introduces the performance features of the silane-terminated polyether building waterproofing coating,performance index and application.Having advantages of both polyurethane and silicone,the coating can form film through crosslinking agent and catalyst,and it is better in weather resistance,heat resistance,cold resistance,environmental-friendly and easy application.
