摘要
北京新机场金属屋面工程实施过程中,严格依据质量管理程序,在计划组织、设计和施工、检验和验收、总结和售后维保等4个项目阶段,分别从人、料、机、法、环(4M1E)各个维度出发,针对所涉及防水功能的影响因素和风险,做出全面部署,采取完善管控措施,全面提高了金属屋面系统的防渗漏能力,最终实现了屋面系统防渗漏总体目标。
In course of construction of metal roofs of Beijing New Airport,the quality management regulations is strictly conducted covering all phases in planning,design and application,inspection and acceptance,summary and after sale maintenance.Starting from the dimensions of people,materials,machines,law and ring(4M1E),all factors affecting waterproofing performance and risks are considered and relative measures are taken,therefore performance of preventing leakage of the roofs is greatly improved,and finally achieved the overall goal of roofing system anti-leakage.
