摘要
房屋建筑防水工程计量包括屋面防水工程计量,墙面防水、防潮工程计量,楼地面防水、防潮工程计量,旧屋面维修工程计量。大部分防水承包商没有专业的工程造价人员,在计量过程中经常出现发包方和承包方各说各有理、不能统一的现象。根据现行标准《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范KGB50854-2013》、《全国统一建筑工程预算工程量计算规则KGJDGZ-101-95》,对房屋建筑防水工程计量过程中的问题进行探讨,供防水工程施工承包方及发包方参考。
The measurement of quantity for building waterproofing engineering may cover roof waterproofing,wall waterproofing and moisture proof engineering,floor waterproofing and moisture proof engineering as well as maintenance of roofs used.As most of contractors have no professional cost engineer,it is common to have different views during the measurement.The article discusses about problems occurred based on national standard GB 50854-2013 and calculation specification GJDGZ-101-95,as reference for the waterproofing construction contractor and the contractor.
