护理专业大学生性格优势的调查研究

The research of nursing students’ character strengths

目的:调查护理专业大学生的性格优势状况。方法:采用CVQ-96调查943名护理专业大学生。结果:护理专业大学生性格优势得分(344.15士45.49)分,三大维度的排行依次为:亲和力、生命力和意志力。结论:护理专业大学生的积极人格整体发展较好,亲和力优势明显,“头脑”优势相对较弱,护理教育工作者需要帮助其识别并运用亲和力优势,提升“头脑”优势。

Objective:To investigate the personality advantages of nursing college students. Methods:943 nursing students were investigated by CVQ-96. Results:The personality advantage score of nursing students was 344.15 (+45.49). The ranking of the three dimensions was affinity, vitality and willpower.Conclusion:The positive personality of nursing undergraduates is well developed, and the affinity advantage is obvious. The“mind” advantage is relatively weak. Nursing educators need to help them identify and use the affinity advantage to enhancethe“mind”advantage.
