摘要
评价基于病例导向教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)和问题导向教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的创新能力培养模式(CREATE模式)在临床医学本科生病例讨论课教学中的应用。结果显示CREATE模式利于学生基础知识的掌握和创新能力、思维的培育,并有效提升学习兴趣,学习能力等,值得在多学科教学中尝试应用。
Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of innovation ability education pattern (CREATE pattern) based on CBL (case based learning) and PBL (problem based learning) in in the case discussion courses of undergraduates. The results show CREATE pattern exerts a significant influence in improving basic theory learning, the innovation ability, learning interest and learning capacity.Thus, it should be widely popularized in multidisciplinary teaching.
