摘要
结合上海市档案馆新馆(一期)工程深基坑与相邻轨交车站深基坑同步施工的实际,对两基坑同步施工的关键技术进行了研究。通过采用钻孔灌注桩结合三轴水泥土搅拌墙作围护、进行合理降水与分区开挖的方法,实现了两基坑同步施工的目标,确保了工程安全和施工进度。其经验可供类似工程参考。
According to the practice of synchronous construction of deep foundation pit of Shanghai Archives New Museum (Phase I) project and adjacent rail transit stations, the ley technology of synchronous construction of the two foundation pits is studied. By adoption of bored cast-in-place piles combined with triaxial cement-soil mixing wall as foundation pit support, and by methods of rational dewatering and partitioned excavation, the goal of synchronous construction of the two foundation pits is achieved, and the engineering safety and construction progress are ensured, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
