摘要 在南京金鹰天地广场工程中,有一个位于200 m高空、非对称的三塔连体钢结构空中连廊。囿于工期原因,在空中连廊施工的同时需要考虑裙房先于主楼开业、裙房机电等其他后续进场的专业亦须在屋面施工的特殊状况,故其采用何种施工方法需要提前进行系统性的规划和设计。经精心策划与研究,最终,南京金鹰天地广场的多塔楼连体结构的施工采用了“先加固结构,再原位拼装,后整体提升”的施工工艺,取得了较为令人满意的结果。 There is an asymmetrical three-tower connected steel structure overhead corridor at 200 m altitude in Nanjing Jinying Tiandi Square project. Due to the reason of construction duration, during the construction of the overhead corridor, it is necessary to consider the special situation of construction of the roof of the podium before opening of the main building, and the podium building electromechanical and other subsequent entry of professional items shall be carried out on the roof of the podium. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and design systematically in advance for which construction method should be adopted. After careful planning and research, the multi-tower connected structure of Nanjing Jinying Tiandi Square is constructed with the construction technology of "strengthening structure first, then in situ assembly and finally integral lifting ", which achieved satisfactory results.
