摘要
以青岛海尔全球创新模式研究中心二期工程为例,对预埋件悬空定位、钢管斜柱吊装定位、梁柱复杂节点的钢筋连接及定型木塑模板安装加固技术等进行了剖析。并针对难点,对施工技术进行了改进,有效地保证了构件整体性、梁柱节点处的钢筋绑扎和焊接质量,达到了设计的锚固要求,保证了结构安全性,同时保证了钢结构与梁的连接质量和整体性,节省了工期,可供类似工程借鉴。
Taking the second phase of Qingdao Haier Global Innovation Model Research Center as an example, the technology of suspension positioning of embedded parts, hoisting positioning of steel tube inclined columns, steel bar connection of beam-column complex joints and installation and reinforcement of shaped wood-plastic formwork are analyzed. In view of the difficulties, the construction technology has been improved, which effectively ensures the integrity of the components, the bonding and welding quality of the steel bars at the beam-column joints, meets the design anchorage requirements and guarantees the structural safety, at the same time guarantees the quality and integrity of the connection between the steel structure and the beam, saves the construction period and can provide a reference for similar projects.
