大型综合体项目中的大截面方柱支模施工技术

Construction Technology of Large Cross-Section Square Column Formwork Support System for Large Complex Project

网易杭州软件生产基地二期工程采用了大截面方柱支模施工新技术,避免了胀模、拼缝质量差、残留螺丝帽印、观感质量较差等问题,同时实现了大截面支模模板的集中化预制,减少了人工投入成本,提高了模板重复利用率。通过工程实践,简要介绍了大截面方柱的模板制作、模板安装、模板加固、混凝土浇筑、养护等施工技术,顺利完成了大截面方柱的支模施工,也满足了安全要求,保证了施工质量和感官效果。

The second phase of Netease Hangzhou Software Production Base adopts the new construction technology of large cross-section square formwork support system, which avoids the problems of formwork swelling, poor seaming quality, residual screw cap mark and poor appearance quality. At the same time, centralized prefabrication of large cross-section formwork is realized, which reduces the cost of manual input and increases the reuse rate of formwork. Through engineering practice, this paper briefly introduces the construction technologies of large cross-section square column formwork fabrication, formwork installation, formwork reinforcement, concrete pouring and curing, etc., which completes the large cross-section square formwork support construction, meets the safety requirements and ensures the construction quality and sensory effects.
