摘要
实验表明:FQY镁质抗裂剂能有效补偿混凝土各阶段的收缩,实现混凝土结构自防水;TU-TJ水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料则可提高混凝土的密实性和防水性。广东省某地下工程将两者结合,采用FQY镁质抗裂剂辅以TU-TJ水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的刚性复合防水技术,并按照施工要求严格把控施工过程、加强细部节点防水。经检测,该工程防渗、防漏效果良好,且缩短了工期和节约了成本。
Experiments show that FQY magnesia anti-cracking agent can effectively compensate the shrinkage of concrete at all stages and realize self-waterproofing of concrete structure and TU-TJ cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing coating can improve the compactness and waterproofing of concrete. An underground project in Guangdong Province combines the two technologies. FQY magnesia crack resistance agent and aided with TU- TJ cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing coating are used as rigid composite waterproofing technology. According to the construction requirements, the construction process is strictly controlled and the waterproofing of detailed joints is strengthened. Test results show that the project not only has good anti-seepage and anti-leakage effect, but also shortens the construction period and saves the cost.
