小直径长距离过江盾构机的设计关键技术

摘要 根据上海崇明天然气隧道长兴岛北过江井-崇明岛过江井工程的水文地质条件,针对工程超长距离、高水压、小直径盾构施工的特点,对盾构机刀盘刀具、主驱动、主驱动密封、盾尾密封、管片储运系统等进行了详细的研究,提出了适合小直径长距离盾构机的设计关键技术,对今后类似工程具有一定的指导意义。 According to the hydrogeological conditions of Changxing Island north river-crossing well-Chongming Island river-crossing well project of Chongming natural gas tunnel in Shanghai, in view of the characteristics of super-long distance, high water pressure and small diameter shield construction of the project, the cutter head, main drive, main drive seal, shield tail seal, segment storage and transportation system of shield machine are studied in detail. The key technologies for design and construction of small diameter and long-distance shield machine are put forward, which have certain guiding significance for similar projects in the future.
