钢筋套筒灌浆连接中的下套筒钢筋施工工艺及安装速度影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 钢筋套筒灌浆连接是装配式混凝土结构中受力钢筋的主要连接方式之一。国内外一些研究学者对上套筒进行了比较多的研究,而针对下套筒的研究却相对较少。通过对半灌浆下套筒的连接施工工艺试验、注意事项及不同的钢筋安装速度对下套筒抗拉承载力影响的研究,得出倒插钢筋速率越慢越有利于与套筒和灌浆料之间连接的结论,为现阶段我国装配式混凝土结构构件现场施工工艺提供一种新的参照模式。 Reinforced sleeve grouting connection is one of the main connection methods used for stressed steel bars in prefabricated concrete structures. A number of research scholars at home and abroad have conducted more research on the upper sleeve, but less on the lower sleeve. Through the study on the test procedure of connection construction technology under semi-grouting, corresponding attentions to be paid and the different steel bar installation speeds on the tensile strength of the lower sleeve, it is concluded that the slower speed of the inverted steel bars is more favorable to the connection between the sleeve and the grouting material, which can provide a new reference mode for the field construction technology of prefabricated concrete structural members in present China.
