摘要
为深入了解医院科研项目管理中存在的问题,同时为优化科研项目管理提供更为准确的基础数据,文章编制了“科研项目管理调查问卷”,对医院从事科研工作的专业技术人员进行问卷调查,找出科研项目管理中存在的问题及改进方向,为创新科研项目管理模式、提高管理绩效提供决策依据。
In order to deeply understand the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects in hospitals and provide more accurate basic data for optimizing the management of scientific research projects, this study has compiled a “Questionnaire on Scientific Research Project Management” to investigate the professional and technical personnel engaged in scientific research work in hospitals, to find out the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects and the improvement direction, and provide decision- making basis for innovating the management mode of scientific research projects and improving the management performance.
