摘要
需要夏季高温作业的职业已非常普遍,而如何保证外卖员、清洁工、保安等人员在高温环境工作时拥有良好的工作状态成了一个社会热点问题.针对传统降温服的降温效果差、续航时间低、噪声大等特点,文章利用了相变材料冰沙(NaSO4·10H2O)在高温时发生相变、吸热性好、可循环利用的特点,掺混导热性好的高分子凝胶,配合浅色反光透气性好的棉料和耐压PVC复合面料,制作成马甲式的冰沙混合凝胶热防护服,并利用热水作为热源进行了模拟实验和两次真人实验,实验结果表明:该防护服能够在高温环境下吸收人体散发的热量,在3小时内可有效改善人体体表热感,以保证人员的正常工作状态.
Working under high temperature environment has been very common in summer. Therefore, it has become a hot pot of society that how to ensure the operating conditions for takeaway workers, cleaners, security guards and other personnal working in the high temperature environment. To overcome the disadvantages of traditional thermal protecting clothing such as poor cooling effect, low battery life, large noise characteristics, the heat absorption and recyclability characteristics of phase-change materials NaSO4 · 10H2O are utilized. Moreover, polymer gels with desirable thermal conductivity, light reflective cotton and pressure resistant PVC composite fabric are added to design a thermal protecting clothing. A simulation experiment applying hot water as a heat source and two real personal experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that the protective clothing could absorb heat from human body under high temperature environment, and effectively improve the thermal sensation of human body surface within 3 hours in order to ensure the normal working state of personnel.
