In order to guide clinical departments to use quality management tools to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, quality management toolkits and report book templates were designed and developed.All departments were trained and guided for practice and sharing, and used quality management tools to improve the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases. It was believed that quality management tools can be used not only for clinical department administration, but also for improving clinical quality of care, and can be accepted by a wider range of clinical front-line employees.
