Using Information Technology to Rebuild Discharge Process

摘要 通过多部门协作,以流程再造理论为指导,以信息化建设为依托,探索优化出院服务流程的路径.通过医院的第三方满意度测评、流程追踪和数据抽取等方法对出院办理全流程进行调研,发现存在出院办理流程繁琐和审核环节智能化程度不高等问题.通过自主研发出院管理系统、简化办理手续、网上流程审核、信息智能推送等一系列措施,实现了患者出院办理的一站式服务,有效缩短了患者出院办理时间,提高了工作效率和服务品质. Through multi-sectoral collaboration, guided by the process reengineering theory, and relying on information construction, the way for the improvement of discharge service process was explored. Through the hospital's third-party satisfaction assessment, process tracking and data extraction methods, the whole process of discharge management was investigated, and it was found that there were problems such as cumbersome discharge process and low intelligence of the review process. Through a series of measures such as self-developed discharge management system, simplified procedures, online process audit, and information intelligent push, the one-stop discharge service for patients was realized, which effectively reduced the time for patients to be discharged from hospital and improved work efficiency and service quality.
