摘要
目的建立医患银一体化银行卡交易结算新模式.方法成立课题组,按照创新型QC小组活动步骤,对患者入院交费、出院结算、银行卡退货等进行全流程再造.结果银行卡退货时间由264小时降至11.94小时;入院业务办理时间、出院业务办理时间分别由5.9分钟、8.2分钟降至1.6分钟,预交金账务批处理时间由120分钟降至10.4分钟,出院结算账务批处理时间由122分钟降至10.8分钟,患者满意率由10.34%提升至90.10%.结论医患银一体化银行卡交易结算新模式是医院后勤服务精细化管理水平的重要体现,能极大地提升患者满意度,值得推广.
To explore and establish a new mode for the settlement of hospital-bank integrated patient card transactions.MethodsTo establish a quality management team to reconstruct the whole process of the admission, discharge settlement and bank card refund according to the procedure of the research type quality management circle, and realize the accurate, efficient, traceable and visual settlement goal of the bank card transaction, and analyze the implementation effect.ResultsThe return time was reduced from 264 hours to 11.94 hours. The processing time of the admission and discharge was reduced from 5.9 minutes and 8.2 minutes to 1.6 minutes. The batch processing time of the advance payment was reduced from 120 minutes to 10.4 minutes. The batch processing time was reduced from 122 minutes to 10.8 minutes.The patient experience satisfaction increased from 10.34% to 90.10%.Conclusion The new model of hospital-bank integrated patient card transaction settlement is an important manifestation of the refined management level of hospital logistics services, which can greatly enhance the patient experience and satisfaction,it worth promoting.
