风电变桨轴承不同载荷作用位置的对比分析

摘要 为了准确地评估风电变桨轴承的安全性能,消除轴承在运转时的安全隐患,运用有限元软件ANSYS分析不同载荷作用位置下变桨轴承的力学性能分布。根据计算,载荷施加在桨叶根部与施加在桨叶顶端的计算结果相同,说明载荷作用点的位置对变桨轴承的安全性能没有影响。 In order to accurately evaluate the safety performance of wind power pitch bearing, and eliminate the safety hidden danger of the bearing during operation. The finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the mechanical properties of pitch bearing under different loading positions. According to the calculation, the calculation result of the applied load on the blade root is the same as that on the blade top, which indicates that the position of the applied load has no influence on the safety performance of the pitch bearing.
