摘要
范成法磨削与切入法磨削的原理不同,形成的加工纹理也不同。常规的粗糙度测量方法不能满足通过范成法磨削形成的轴承外圈滚道表面粗糙度的测量。针对以上问题,采用非接触式仪器CCI,对以前的粗糙度测量过程和方法进行改进,解决了用范成法磨削加工的轴承外圈滚道表面粗糙度的测量问题,提高了粗糙度测量精度。
The principle of generating method grinding and cut - in grinding is different, and the resulting processing texture is also different.The conventional roughness measurement method cannot meet the surface roughness measurement of the bearing outer ring raceway formed by the generating method grinding. In response to these questions,the non-contact instrument CCI is used to improve the previous roughness measurement process and method to solve the roughness measurement problem of the bearing outer ring by the generating method grinding, and to improve the roughness measurement accuracy.
