摘要
某风力发电机轴承装机使用后短时间内失效,失效形式表现为一粒钢球表面出现疲劳剥落,套圈滚道表面出现压痕状凹坑,钢球表面剥落部位存在线状缺陷等。采用理化分析方法对缺陷进行了分析,结果表明,该钢球表面存在的非金属夹杂物导致了轴承的失效。
The failure of a wind turbine bearing occurred within a short time after it was installed and used,the failure was manifested as fatigue spalling on the surface of a steel ball, indentation pits on the raceway surface of the ring, and linear defects on the spalling part of the steel ball surface, etc.Physical and chemical analysis method was used to analyze the defects, the results showed that the nonmetallic inclusions on the surface of the steel ball caused the failure of the bearing.
