摘要 渗碳钢合金含量高,价格贵,并且在轴承加工过程中需要渗碳、高温回火、压模淬火处理等工序,生产周期长、生产成本高。针对以上问题,采用轴承外圈双金属复合制造技术,即外圈工作表面(外圈滚道)采用GCr15钢,非工作表面(外径)采用40Cr钢,达到渗碳钢表面硬、心部韧的效果,不但满足了渗碳钢合金轴承的性能要求,而且制造成本较渗碳钢合金轴承低,有着巨大的应用价值。 The alloy content of carburized carbon steel is high, this kind of steel is expensive, and needs carburizing, high temperature tempering, die quenching treatment and other processes in the bearing processing process, so the production cycle is long, the production cost is high. To solve above problems, bimetal composite manufacturing technology of bearing outer ring is adopted ,that is,the bearing outer ring work surface(outer ring raceway) uses GCr15 steel, non-working surface (outside diameter) uses 40 Cr steel to achieve the effect of hard surface and tough core of carburized steel.The bimetallic bearing not only can meet the performance requirements of carburizing steel alloy bearing, and the manufacturing cost be lower than that of carburized steel alloy bearing, has great application value .
