某型燃机一级导叶3D打印支撑添加方法

摘要 近年来我国3D打印技术发展速度快且技术成熟,已应用于航发和燃机一级导叶生产,成功通过新技术实现弯道超车。一级导叶打印成功离不开合理的支撑结构,合理的支撑结构能够保证完美的成型角度,防止产品打印变形、开裂及组织缺陷。本文介绍某型燃机一级导叶3D打印支撑方法。 In recent years, China's 3D printing technology has developed rapidly and matured, which has been applied in the production of level 1 guide blade of aero-engine and gas turbine, and successfully achieved overtaking on curves through new technology. The successful printing of the level 1 guide blade is inseparable from a reasonable support structure, which can guarantee the perfect molding angle and prevent the printing deformation, cracking and structure defects of the product. This paper introduces the 3D printing support method for level 1 guide blade of a gas turbine.
