摘要
针对埋入式锯链疲劳试验机存在木块卡阻、切削效率低、需要人工调整木块位置、人工计时和人工判断停机时间等缺点,本文设计了一种搅拌式锯链疲劳试验装置。应用Solidworks软件对试验装置进行实体建模和静力分析,分析结果表明,该装置具有较大的安全裕量。该疲劳试验装置通过PLC控制搅拌器调速和换向,实现了防止试验木块卡阻,自动计时和判断试验状态等功能。
Aiming at the defects of embedded saw chain fatigue test machine, e.g. wood sample blocking, low cutting efficiency, manual sample position adjustment, manual timing and manual judgment of test state, this paper designs a stirring saw chain fatigue test device. Solid modeling and static analysis of the device structure were carried out using Solidworks software. The analysis results show that the device has a large safety margin. The fatigue test device controls the rotation speed and direction of its agitator with PLC, and realizes functions of preventing blockage of test samples, automatic timing, and automatic judging of test states.
