摘要
为了筛选适宜山西露地辣椒的嫁接砧木,以‘优壮‘’卡特188’和‘哈博’为砧木,以辣椒品种‘皇冠’和‘英菲179’为接穗,分析了不同砧木对嫁接苗成活率、生长势、产量、外观品质及抗病性的影响。结果表明,3个砧木品种与接穗均具有较高的嫁接亲和性,其中‘,皇冠’/‘优壮’和‘英菲179’/‘哈博’嫁接成活率最高,分别达到99.29%和98.81%;嫁接可促进辣椒植株生长、提高辣椒产量和商品果率,以‘优壮’砧木效果最佳;嫁接可提高辣椒植株的抗病性,‘皇冠’/‘优壮’和‘英菲179’/‘优壮’的发病率分别较‘皇冠’(CK1)和‘英菲-179’(CK2)降低19.78%和22.23%,预防效果分别提升56.98%和56.7%。
The purpose of this experiment was to select the suitable grafting rootstocks for pepper in the open field of Shanxi.Three varieties of rootstocks('Youzhuang','Kate188'and 'Habo')and two varieties of scions('Huangguan' and 'Yingfei179')were used as experimental materials,and analyzed the effects of different rootstocks on survival rate,growth potential,yield, appearance quality and disease resistance of grafted seedlings.The results showed that 'Youzhuang','Kate188'and 'Habo' had good affinity with 'Huangguan' and 'Yingfei179'. The 'Youzhuang'-'Huangguan' and 'Youzhuang'-'Yingfei179' had the highest grafting survival rate,which reached 99.29 % and 98.81 % respectively.Grafting could promote the growth of pepper,increased the yield and commodity fruit rate of green pepper,and the best rootstock was'Youzhuang'. Grafting could improve the disease resistance of pepper. The disease incidence of 'Youzhuang'-'Huangguan' were 19.78 % lower than CK1('Youzhuang'),and 'Youzhuang'-'Yingfei179' were22.23% lower than CK2('Yingfei179')The control effects of 'You zhuang'-'Huangguan' on disease were 56.8% higher than CK1('Youzhuang'),and 'Youzhuang'-'Yingfei179' were 56.7% higher than CK2('Yingfei179').
