摘要
为探明茎瘤芥特晚熟的特性,为特晚熟育种提供理论依据,在晚季栽培条件下对24份茎瘤芥种质资源的熟性、商品性、加工性与丰产性进行了初步鉴定。结果表明‘,缩头榨菜’和‘北榨’是特晚熟特性突出的优良种质资源,‘永安小叶’、重庆‘水冬瓜’虽为中晚熟,但综合性状优良,均可作为特晚熟育种的优异亲本材料;分析提出茎瘤芥特晚熟育种可以‘缩头榨菜’ב北榨’‘、缩头榨菜’ב永安小叶’‘、缩头榨菜’ב水冬瓜’‘、北榨’ב永安小叶’4个杂交组合为重点,加强杂交后代选择,改良效果较好。
To explore the characteristics of especially late-maturing tumorous stem mustard, so as to provide theoretical foundation for breeding, a total of 24 germplasm resources of tumorous stem mustard were used in this research, the maturity,commodity, machinability and yield of these materials when cultivated in the late season were studied. The results showed that'Suotou Zhacai'and'Beizha'exhibited excellent late maturity.'Yongan Xiaoye'and'Chongqing Shuidonggua'could be considered as the outstanding parent materials because of their good comprehensive characters although they were mid-late mature In conclution, 4 hybridized combinations could be focused on, which were'Suotou Zhacai'×'Beizha','Suotou Zhacai'×'Yongan Xiaoye','Suotou Zhacai'×'Shuidonggua'and'Beizha'×'Yongan Xiaoye', the selection of hybrid offspring should be enhanced and the improvement effects might be better.
