企业安全文化是城市安全文化的重要组成部分,同时也促进城市安全文化的发展。构建企业安全文化对个体日常生活中安全观念和行为习惯的积极溢出模型,并进行分析。结果表明:企业安全文化建设,特别是个体对安全风险的识别和处理能力对其社会行为溢出产生明显的正向作用。

To construct and analyze the positive spillover model of enterprise safety culture to individual safety concepts and behavior habits in daily life.
