新能源汽车技术专业人才培养的实施探讨

摘要 新能源汽车发展迅速,在经过初步布局阶段后,进入到高速增长期,首批新能源车主车辆经过三到五年使用期,也进入了售后频次增高的阶段,面对新能源汽车售后市场的巨大人力需求,高职院校如何设置新能源汽车专业的教学内容才能够满足企业对学生的能力需求,是本文探讨的重点。本文将新能源汽车与传统汽车进行对比,挑选出新能源汽车需要增加的知识及技能内容,结合车辆售后4S店店端常用的处理方法,将原件分为白匣子、灰匣子和黑匣子件,分别代表了维修过程要求的对零件不同的认知及修理能力,将对应模块的技能需求与日常教学内容相结合,设置符合学校教育和企业需求的新能源汽车维修人才,实现出学校能动手修理,进企业能继续提升的培养目的。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, after the initial layout stage, the first batch of new energy vehicle owners have entered the period of rapid growth after three to five years of use, and have also entered the stage of increasing aftersale frequency. In the face of the huge manpower demand in the aftersale market of new energy vehicles, how to set up the teaching content of new energy vehicle major to meet the ability demand of students in higher vocational colleges is the focus of this paper. In this paper, the new energy vehicle is compared with the traditional automobile, and the additional knowledge and skill content of the new energy vehicle are selected. Combined with the common treatment methods at the end of the 4S store, the original parts are divided into white box, gray box and black box, which represent the different cognition and repair ability of the parts required by the maintenance process, and combine the skill demand of the corresponding module with the daily teaching content. Set up new energy vehicle maintenance talents to meet the needs of school education and enterprises, to achieve the school can start repair, enter the enterprise can continue to improve the training purpose.
