比较教育学学科生态困境及其应对

摘要 学科生态是影响学科成长的重要因素。我国比较教育学在多年的不断探索与完善中得到了长足的发展,但依然面临着学科生态困境的阻隔。比较教育学的生态困境主要表现在其学术公信力缺少认同、研究方法缺乏创新和人才培养缺乏特色等方面。化解比较教育学科所面临的困境,一是要在比较教育学研究中立学科潮头,发教育先声;二是要勤于思考,寻比较教育之道;三是要具备学科自信和理论自信,做到居高声自远;四是要彰显学科魅力,培育特色人才。 The discipline ecology is an important factor affecting the growth of disciplines.China's comparative education has made great progress with the continuous exploration and improvement over the years,but there is still a disciplinary ecological obstacle.The ecological dilemma of comparative pedagogy is mainly manifested in its lack of recognition of academic credibility,lack of innovation in research methods and lack of characteristics in personnel training.To solve the dilemma faced by the discipline of comparative education,we should first take the lead in the research of comparative education and develop the leading edge of education;secondly,we should be diligent in thinking and seek the way of comparative education;thirdly,we should have discipline self-confidence and theoretical self-confidence in order to achieve greater improvement;fourthly,we should highlight the charm of the discipline and cultivate characteristic talents.
