摘要
教育乃国之根本,近期曝光的幼儿园“虐待儿童”事件将人们的视野聚焦到学前教育上,幼儿教师道德失范问题成为热议。教师主体的道德滑坡和伦理两难、不健全的筛选机制、教育资源分配不公平,是幼儿园“虐待儿童”现象频发的主要原因。解决幼儿园“虐待儿童”问题可从教师主体的自我完善,建立健全的机制,平衡教育资源、注重教育公平入手。
Education is the foundation of the country. The recent exposure of the “child abuse” incidents in kindergartens focus people’s vision on preschool education, and the moral abnormality of the kindergarten teachers has become a hot topic. The main reasons for the frequent occurrence of “child abuse” in kindergartens are the moral decline and ethical dilemma of teachers, the unsound filtering mechanism and the unfair distribution of educational resources. To solve the “child abuse” problems in kindergartens, it is necessary to improve the teachers, establish a sound mechanism, balance the educational resources and pay attention to educational equity.
