我国青少年体质健康测试问题的思考

Thinking About the Physical Health of Teenagers in China Test Problem

青少年体质健康是关系我国体育强国建设的关键内容,是我国各界关注的热点话题,然而青少年体质下降却是一个不争的事实。本研究以我国青少年学生健康测试为对象,通过文献资料法、访谈法、调查法展开研究,分前期、中期、后期3个阶段探讨了我国青少年体质健康测试存在的主要问题。结果显示:我国青少年学生体质健康测试在前期存在宣传、讲解、落实不到位的问题;在中期存在组织管理不到位,测试成绩失真问题;在后期则存在忽视具体分析指导,反馈缺失问题。在此基础上总结出影响我国青少年体质健康测试的主要因素是传统观念束缚、经费不足、相关法律不配套等,从而提出了我国青少年体质健康测试要通过网络、报纸、讲座等加大宣传力度;进一步实现体教融合,充分发挥体育系统在学生体质健康测试中的作用;开发完善的学生体质健康网络服务平台等。

Adolescents' physical health is a key content related to the construction of China's sports powers. It is a hot topic of concern to all walks of life in China. However, the decline of adolescents' physical fitness is an indisputable fact. This study takes the health test of Chinese adolescent students as the object, and conducts research through literature, interview and investigation methods, and discusses the main problems of the physique health test of adolescents in China in three stages: pre-, mid- and post-stage. The results show that the physique health test of Chinese adolescent students has problems in the early stage of propaganda, explanation and implementation. In the medium term, organizational management is not in place and the test results are distorted. In the later stage, there are neglecting specific analysis guidance and feedback missing. On this basis, the main factors affecting the physical fitness test of adolescents in China are that the traditional concept is restrained, the funds are insufficient, and the relevant laws are not matched. Therefore, it is proposed that the youth physical fitness test in China should be strengthened through the network, newspapers, lectures, etc. Further realize the integration of sports and education, give full play to the role of the sports system in the physical fitness test of students;develop a perfect network service platform for students' physical health.
