Design of High Reliable Satellite-borne Data Transmission Drive Controller

摘要 卫星数传指向机构是实现通信卫星与地面站收发数据的关键部件之一。为了实现数传指向机构的高精度、高可靠控制,文章设计了一种基于“CPU+FPGA+LMD18200”电路的驱动控制器。该控制器采用主备双冗余电路形式,以角度数字量转换电路采集双通道旋转变压器的角度,经过位置闭环控制算法控制,并通过PWM斩波驱动方式驱动步进电动机。实验结果表明,该驱动控制器设计方案合理,动态精度高、驱动机构平稳,同时采用低功耗设计及抗辐照器件,适用于航天应用环境。 The satellite data transmission pointing mechanism is one of the key components for realizing the transmission and reception of data between communication satellite and ground station.In order to realize the high precision and high reliability control of the data transmission pointing mechanism,a drive controller based on the"CPU+FPGA+LMD18200"circuit is designed.The controller adopts the main and standby dual redundant circuit and acquires the angle of the two-channel rotary transformer by the angle digital quantity conversion circuit.It’s controlled by the position closedloop control algorithm,and it drives the stepping motor through the PWM chopper drive mode.The experimental results show that the design scheme of the drive controller is reasonable,and the controller has high dynamic precision and stable driving mechanism.At the same time,the controller adopts the low-power design and anti-irradiation device,which is suitable for the space application environment.
