摘要
文章对当前变电站基建、技改项目实施风险情况进行了分析,自主研发了一款新型变电站二次回路通断测量仪,有效杜绝了人为误碰带电回路而导致的事故。
The paper analyzes the current risk situation of substation infrastructure and technological renovation projects,and independently develops a new type of switching instrument for secondary circuit of the substation,which effectively eliminates accidents caused by human mistakenly touching the live circuit and guarantees the safe and stable operation of power grid.
