A High Step-up Boost Converter with Multiplier Voltage Cells

摘要 传统升压变换器由于自身电路结构的限制,在需要高升压场合,容易出现极限占空比的情况。针对现有缺陷,文章提出了一种高增益、高效率的DC-DC变换器——含有倍压单元的高升压变换器。该变换器结合耦合电感,具有升压等级高、调压自由度好、开关管电压应力低等优点,适用于高电压增益场所。文章分析了电路稳态时的工作原理以及工作过程,并经过仿真验证理论分析的正确性。最后,搭建实验样机,验证了电路工作过程的合理性,以及电路的可实施性。 Due to the limitations of its own electric circuit structure,the traditional boost converter is prone to extreme duty cycle in high boost situations.In this paper,a high-gain,high-efficiency DC-DC converter-High step-up Boost Converter with Multiplier Voltage Cells(MVC)was proposed.The proposed converter combined with the coupled inductor had the advantages of high boost level,good voltage regulation freedom,low voltage stress of the switching tube,etc.,and was suitable for high voltage gain places.Through the state analysis,the working principle and working processwere analyzed,and the correctness of theoretical analysis was verified by simulation.Finally,the experimental prototype was built to verify the rationality of the circuit's working process and the feasibility of the circuit.
