摘要
鸦片战争以来,伴随着大量西方著作的汉译,汉语不可避免地受到了英语的冲击,由此产生了汉语的欧化现象。欧化汉语对汉语发展起到了一定的积极作用,但其消极影响不容忽视。通过借助英汉翻译作品中汉语畸形欧化现象的译例,对英译汉中常见的汉语畸形欧化问题进行分类,着重探讨如何识别并避免汉语的畸形欧化,以期引起翻译工作者的重视,有助于他们准确识别汉语的畸形欧化,在翻译实践中尽量予以避免。
The Europeanized Chinese was born with a translation boom since the First Opium War.In spite of its positive effects on the development of modern Chinese,we should guard against the negative effects.With examples from English-Chinese literary translation,the present paper analyzes and classifies the protruding problems of Europeanized Chinese in English-Chinese translation.Some measures to rectify these problems are also put forward.Hopefully it can draw the translators'attention and help them identify and rectify the problem during their translation practice.
