摘要
从社会交换理论视角出发,探讨授权型领导和领导成员交换对员工工作繁荣和创新行为的影响,并证实了领导成员交换在员工感知的授权型领导与员工工作繁荣和创新行为之间的部分中介作用。研究结果表明:授权型领导显著正向影响员工工作繁荣和创新行为;领导成员交换在授权型领导与员工工作繁荣和创新行为间的关系中起着部分中介的作用;员工工作繁荣对其创新行为具有显著正向影响。
From the perspective of social exchange theory, this paper discusses the influence of empowerment leadership and leadership member exchange on employees’ work prosperity and innovative behavior, and confirms the mediating role of leadership member exchange between employees’ perceived empowerment leadership and employees’ work prosperity and innovative behavior. The research findings show that: empowerment leadership significantly positively affects employees’ work prosperity and innovative behavior;leader member exchange partially plays an intermediary role in the relationship between empowerment leadership and employees’ work prosperity and innovation behavior;employees’ work prosperity has a significant positive impact on their innovative behavior.
